To the Golden Age of Finnish Art by one touch.

The move of author Juhani Aho (1861–1921) and painter Venny Soldan-Brofeldt (1863–1945) to the villa they named Ahola in 1897 was the beginning of the artist community of Tuusulanjärvi. The couples long-term home exhibits the lifetime work of these two artists. The Ahos lived in the villa for 14 years, and attracted some of the most influential artists of the time to Järvenpää, such as the painter Eero Järnefelt, the composer Jean Sibelius and the artist Pekka Halonen and their families.

The Application contains introduction to the house, specific information about the items and stories about the Aho family and artist community of Tuusulanjärvi.
